About These Terms
These terms apply to all services provided by BlueWave Appliance Repair L.L.C in Dubai and to the use of bluewaveappliancerepair.shop. By booking a service you agree to them.
Our Services
We repair household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, dryers, and stoves and ovens. Service is provided at the customer’s property unless agreed otherwise.
Bookings And Visits
- Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website form.
- Visit times are estimates. We will let you know if a technician is delayed.
- An adult must be present during the visit and give safe access to the appliance.
Quotes And Pricing
The technician inspects the appliance and gives you a price before any repair work starts. No repair is carried out without your approval. Any inspection or visit charge is explained when you book.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.
Spare Parts
We use genuine or good-quality compatible parts. If a part must be ordered, we will share the expected timing and any deposit required. Replaced parts can be shown to you on request.
Warranty
Any warranty on parts or labour is stated on your invoice. It covers the specific repair carried out and does not cover misuse, power surges, water damage, unrelated faults or work done by others.
Cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Ordered parts that are specific to your appliance may not be refundable.
Limitation Of Liability
We take care while working in your home. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faults caused by wear or misuse, or indirect losses such as spoiled food. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Independent Service
BlueWave Appliance Repair L.L.C is an independent repair company and is not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer unless stated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
